Nvidia Display container service. Causes ‘Nvidia control panel not found’ popup. Driver is separate from service so this cna be turned off.
TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper: If you are not a part of a Workgroup network.
Windows Error Reporting Service: if you don’t need to save or send error reports.
Windows Camera Frame Server: if you never use a webcam or an integrated camera.
Windows Insider Service: if you are not a part of the Windows Insider Program.
Windows Search: if you never use Windows Search.
WinHttpAutoProxySvc (disable in registry via Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WinHttpAutoProxySvc)!!! don't do this if you need wifi connection!
Workstation (Creates and maintains client network connections to remote servers, by using the Server Message Block (SMB) protocol, to request file, print, and communications services from server systems over a network).
Windows Error Reporting Service.
Print Spooler (if you are not printing regularly).
Themes (if you're OK with the minimalistic look).
Auto Time Zone Updater.
Device Management Wireless Application Protocoal (WAP) Push message.
Diagnostic Policy Service.
Diagnostic Tracking Service: it will turn off Telemetry and Data Collection.
Distributed Link Tracking Client: if you don’t need to use a network.
Downloaded Maps Manager: if you don’t use the Bing Maps app.
Connected User Experiences and Telemetry: it will disable Feedback, Telemetry and Data Collection.

File History Service: if you don’t intend to use Windows Backup or System Restore.
IP Helper: if you don’t use IPv6 connection.

Program Compatibility Assistant Service: it will hinder your running in the Compatibility Mode though.
Parental Control: if you don’t use the Parental Control feature.

Routing and Remote Access (not used by wireless nor wired internet).
Remote Registry: If you disable it then no one can access your Registry remotely.
Geolocation Service.
